Item 5.07                                           Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

Voyager Therapeutics, Inc. (“Voyager”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on June 13, 2019. The following is a summary of the matters voted on at that meeting.

 

(a)                                 Voyager’s stockholders elected Steven M. Paul, M.D., Mark Levin, and Glenn Pierce, M.D., Ph.D. as Class I directors to serve until the 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, each such director to hold office until his or her successor has been duly elected and qualified.
